Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Match One Medical is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work Monday- Friday from 9am- 5pm in our New Brighton office. Possible remote after training. Ideal candidates must be personable, able to multitask in a fast paced environment, and have great communication skills. Candidates must have experience working with Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must have experience with direct customer contact, great attention to detail, and the ability to adjust to changes that occur within a growing company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Great organizational and communication skills
JOB DUTIES
- Insurance and coverage verification calls, approval calls and fitting calls
- Data entry
- Communicate with sales reps on product questions, inventory, and/or supplies
- Answering phones
- Patient intake and scheduling
- Troubleshooting/problems with patients
- Patient requests
- Assist shipping department with inventory/ordering
- Weekly numbers for billing dept
- Square credit payments
- Scanning, faxing & EMR documenting and routing
- Assist in maintaining a clean office
- Processing incoming mail
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs (medical equipment)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various tasks
- Completing any other office duties or miscellaneous task that may be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
$15.00/hour to start
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
