• Collaborate with US Commercial teams to identify areas for improved planning, communication, and execution of learning solutions to effectively meet business objectives.
• Create, lead and work within cross-functional teams consisting of internal product groups, subject matter experts, business partners, technical groups, Operations, and external vendors.
• Identify and implement solutions to address recognized areas for improvement or to educate on new tool functionality.
• Responsible for the instructional design and implementation of hands on and digital training solutions, including creating mobile solutions, for field learners within the US Commercial Organization.
• Responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and implementing tool learning solutions for various audiences through Client to improve the tool learning experience, increase agility and meet business objectives.
• Onboard new field hires and provide effective tool learning solutions by developing resources and leading live/virtual sessions.
• Ensure all digital and written content is designed and implemented in accordance with organizational objectives and goals as well as instructional design principles. Familiar with on label marketing messaging and regulatory rules that govern the medical device field.
• Identify and implement solutions to address recognized areas of improvement or to educate on new product line functionality.
• Develop and prioritize learning projects, while planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure business priorities and deadlines are met.
• Plan and manage end-to-end design and implementation schedule and resources.
• Conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts, clients, field sales members and technical team to identify tool learning gaps and develop training objectives.
• Apply user experience principles when designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions (virtual, live and/or on-demand).
• Optimize and manage assets in multiple content management systems.
• Ensure assets are instructionally sound and meet defined mobile requirements.
• Collaborate with the US Commercial team to identify areas for improved planning, communication, and learning solutions to effectively meet business objectives.

• Demonstrate the highest level of accountability to own solutions and ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
• Identify and implement value added solutions.
• Make sound business decisions that support client needs while balancing the overall needs of the organization.
• Continuously review and identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the team.
• Initiate timely and effective decisions. Use educated business judgment to minimize potential risks associated with decisions.
• Demonstrate advanced level of negotiation and influencing skills between clients and vendors to ensure continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements
• BS preferred, RN/LPN preferred. Will consider work experience in lieu of educational preferences
• Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pharmaceutical Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
• virtual educational session: 1 year (Preferred)
• Power Point, Excel, Word, O365: 1 year (Preferred)
• Viva or Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be able to multitask, manage and prioritize multiple projects and primary functions simultaneously.
• Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in a professional, effective, and influential manner.
• Must be flexible in a dynamic environment to change practices or procedures to deliver an optimum tool platform and learning solutions.
• Must have strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Highest level of accountability must be present to own solutions and ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
• Remote with ability to travel 40% of time to customer locations
• Attend meetings in Pittsburgh, PA; Detroit, MI, and Columbiana, OH as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
